Will I Be Able to Update My Website Once it's Launched?

Unless otherwise disclosed at the beginning of a project, every site we design is developed so that stakeholders can update and edit content with the upmost convenience. After a site has been approved and launched, we offer on-boarding sessions at no additional charge to ensure you’ll be able to make content updates on your own.

What Kind of Payment Terms Can I Expect?

For most projects requiring only design services, we offer a standard net 30 days (upon project completion) for payment terms. These terms are subject to change depending on your project’s specific needs and current workloads. These terms will be clearly agreed upon prior to the start of your project.

Can I Get a Quote Over the Phone or Via Email?

In most cases we can provide a general price on your project via email or phone. However, without knowing the specific details of your project, these quotes should not be taken as a guaranteed price but instead a general “ballpark”. For an accurate quote, we recommend an in-depth consultation.

Will People Find My Site on Google?

Will My Website Be Mobile Friendly?

Advancements in web design technology allow us to ensure that every website we design is inherently responsive and developed with a “mobile-first” mindset. There is no added cost for this service.

What Happens After My Logo is Approved?

Upon approval of your design, we provide you with a link to download your logo in several industry standard file formats. These formats are appropriate for a variety of uses across digital and print media. These include but may not be limited to: optimized JPGs appropriate for use on social media, 4-color vector files appropriate for use on print media, horizontal and vertical variations (if applicable), and simplified single color variants for use on clothing and apparel. We also include the original “layered” master files at no additional cost.

What Happens After My Website is Approved?

Upon approval of your website design, we begin the process of migrating your site from our development servers to your designated web host. Not sure what a web host is or how to set one up? Don’t worry, we can walk you through the process at no additional charge. After the site is transferred to your web host, we then connect your registered domain to this host. At this point your site will be fully accessible and open for business. We encourage site owners and stakeholders to take a keen interest in managing and maintaining custody of their domain and website at all times.

I’m Not in Las Vegas, Can You Still Assist Me?

Although we are based in Southern Nevada, we have no problem servicing clients and partners all over the world. Advancements in technology allow us to host collaborative video conferences online via technology like Skype and Google Hangouts. This enables to establish personal connections with clients across the city or across the globe.

How Long Does a Project Take to Complete?

Project completion times can vary due to many factors, these include but are not limited to current workload, project scope, review times, etc.. As a general rule, we strive to complete most projects within 30 days of project acceptance. We also offer rush services at an added premium.

Does dsnry Refuse Projects?

Although we do our very best to try and assist everyone that engages us, we cannot guarantee project acceptance for everyone. We believe that our work and reputation go hand in hand, and if we feel that our ability to deliver a quality product or service becomes compromised, we reserve the right to recuse ourselves from a project. Factors that play into project refusal include but are not limited to: content, ethics, feasibility, and stakeholder demeanor.

How is Pricing Determined for Projects?

Pricing is subject to a variety of factors such as current workloads, stakeholder’s proclivity to make revisions, clarity of direction or mandate, and external vendor costs. We do our best to offer a standardized pricing model and can often offer specials with set pricing. As a general rule, every project is priced individually and price may vary from project to project.
