How Much Does a Logo Cost?

Pricing for most projects, including logos, is wholly dependent on your projects specific needs. As a general rule, projects that run smoothly with clear direction and minimal revisions will be less expensive. We have logo options to fit every budget, some as low as $100. On average, most logos can be completed for between $200-$300.

Is Satisfaction Guaranteed? What Happens if I Don't Like My Design?

Every project has an initial round of review. In most cases this initial round of review occurs 1-2 weeks after the acceptance of a project (this timeframe may vary depending on your project’s specific needs). Although the project may be far from complete at this stage, the initial round of review is a good indicator of a project’s direction and overall aesthetic sensibility. If during this initial round of review you are not satisfied or not comfortable that our product is meeting your vision or standards, you have the ability to cancel the project with no further obligation (unless explicitly agreed upon). This process allows all parties to cut their losses and move in a different direction if necessary.

Do I Need a Deposit to Start My Project?

Most project’s that require only design services do not require deposits. This may not always be the case depending on your project’s specific needs. Projects that require a substantial time investment or outside vendors and subcontractors may be subject to a deposit. This includes but is not limited to: printing, photography, custom web development, illustration, content development, etc.. In any event, deposit terms will be explicitly negotiated prior to the start of a project.

What Kind of Payment Terms Can I Expect?

For most projects requiring only design services, we offer a standard net 30 days (upon project completion) for payment terms. These terms are subject to change depending on your project’s specific needs and current workloads. These terms will be clearly agreed upon prior to the start of your project.

Can I Get a Quote Over the Phone or Via Email?

In most cases we can provide a general price on your project via email or phone. However, without knowing the specific details of your project, these quotes should not be taken as a guaranteed price but instead a general “ballpark”. For an accurate quote, we recommend an in-depth consultation.

How Much Does a Website Cost?

As with logos, pricing for websites is dependent on your specific needs and goals. Accurate timelines, clear communication and expectations are critical in being able to produce a quality website in a timely and cost conscious manner. Website designs begin at $250 and in most cases can be completed for under $500. This does not include outside vendor costs such as domain registration, web hosting, and does not apply to e-commerce sites. Pricing for sites requiring custom web development will also be higher on average.

Will People Find My Site on Google?

We produce sites that are inherently responsive and search engine friendly. But we also instill in our clients that SEO is an ever evolving science, one that needs constant and on-going effort on the part of the stakeholder. We are firm believers that a healthy and organic SEO ranking is critical to your businesses success, and the key to achieving this is a content driven SEO strategy. Every site that we produce is rooted in sound SEO (Search Engine Optimization) fundamentals. We also feel that every stakeholder has an inherent responsibility to provide engaging content for their website. We believe that quality content is what drives search engine rankings. In short, your search ranking is directly commensurate with the amount of effort you’re willing to devote to developing content.

Will My Website Be Mobile Friendly?

Advancements in web design technology allow us to ensure that every website we design is inherently responsive and developed with a “mobile-first” mindset. There is no added cost for this service.

Will I Be Able to Update My Website Once it's Launched?

Unless otherwise disclosed at the beginning of a project, every site we design is developed so that stakeholders can update and edit content with the upmost convenience. After a site has been approved and launched, we offer on-boarding sessions at no additional charge to ensure you’ll be able to make content updates on your own.

What Happens After My Logo is Approved?

Upon approval of your design, we provide you with a link to download your logo in several industry standard file formats. These formats are appropriate for a variety of uses across digital and print media. These include but may not be limited to: optimized JPGs appropriate for use on social media, 4-color vector files appropriate for use on print media, horizontal and vertical variations (if applicable), and simplified single color variants for use on clothing and apparel. We also include the original “layered” master files at no additional cost.

What Happens After My Website is Approved?

Upon approval of your website design, we begin the process of migrating your site from our development servers to your designated web host. Not sure what a web host is or how to set one up? Don’t worry, we can walk you through the process at no additional charge. After the site is transferred to your web host, we then connect your registered domain to this host. At this point your site will be fully accessible and open for business. We encourage site owners and stakeholders to take a keen interest in managing and maintaining custody of their domain and website at all times.

I’m Not in Las Vegas, Can You Still Assist Me?

Advancements in technology allow us to host collaborative video conferences online via technology like Skype and Google Hangouts. This enables to establish personal connections with clients across the city or across the globe.

How Long Does a Project Take to Complete?

Project completion times can vary due to many factors, these include but are not limited to current workload, project scope, review times, etc.. As a general rule, we strive to complete most projects within 30 days of project acceptance. We also offer rush services at an added premium.

How is Pricing Determined for Projects?

Pricing is subject to a variety of factors such as current workloads, stakeholder’s proclivity to make revisions, clarity of direction or mandate, and external vendor costs. We do our best to offer a standardized pricing model and can often offer specials with set pricing. As a general rule, every project is priced individually and price may vary from project to project.

Does dsnry Refuse Projects?

Although we do our very best to try and assist everyone that engages us, we cannot guarantee project acceptance for everyone.
